Goodway Hotel Batam

We stayed at Goodway Hotel for 2d/1n only. The location is great. It is 15 minutes walk to Nagoya hill shopping center. The room is okay, but there were unexplained stains and cigarette butt holes on the bed sheet and pillows which leaves us a little bit disturbed. Also, the shower head is rather rusty. Other than that, the hotel is quite clean by normal standards.

Mayang Sari Beach Resort

It was quite a long journey for us to travel to Mayang Sari Beach Resort. First We flew from SHIA (Soekarno Hatta International Airport) to Hang Nadim Airport, Batam. Then we took a cab to Telaga Punggur Ferry Terminal and jumped in a ferry to Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal. And last, we ride in a medium-size bus to the resort. We were very exhausted but extremely happy happy to see the most beautiful beach we have ever seen... White sandy beach and clear blue water. Oh My God! We stayed in a beach front chalet. The view from our chalet was amazingly gorgeous. The chalet itself was comfortable. The one and only thing that I did not like, the food is Overpriced. But overall we think Mayang sari Beach Resort is a real great place to have a relaxing time for couples and families.
